Description
This used DMG MORI DMU 50 , a reliable 5-axis simultaneous machining center from 2016, is currently in our machine exhibition and is immediately available. The machine is equipped with a Siemens 840D SL Celos control and offers precise machining options with travel paths of X 650 mm, Y 520 mm and Z 475 mm. The already renewed spindle reaches 14,000 rpm and uses HSK63 tool holders. The 30-way tool changer offers sufficient space for tools and enables quick tool changes.
The machine has been in use for 45,289 hours. Additional equipment such as a chip conveyor, an oil mist extractor and a Heidenhain TS649 spindle probe are included. The machine has a 360° C-axis (0.0001) and a B-axis with a rotation range of -35° to +110° (0.001). In addition, the machine is already prepared for automation with a side roller shutter.
